  • Wallet addresses and transactions on the blockchain are public and immutable.

  • Panda888 is not responsible for lost private keys, wallet access, or user errors.

  • Any digital assets distributed as part of Promotions carry no monetary guarantee unless stated.

  • Transaction fees (e.g., GAS fees) may apply.

  • Panda888 does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

Payments & Transactions

If the Services include purchases, you agree that:

  • All payments are handled by third-party processors.

  • Panda888 does not store your full payment details.

  • All sales are final unless required by law.

  • Refunds, chargebacks, or reversals may result in account suspension.

  • Fraudulent payment activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Verification & Compliance (KYC/AML)

  • Panda888's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to access the Services in the last 12 months or $100 USD.

Indemnification
